Conditions of car rental
Documents required for vehicle rental:
INDIVIDUAL RENTER:
Current ID card or passport
Driver's license (minimum of 2 years experience required)
Active credit/debit card
Minimum renter age - 23 years
Payment conditions
Rental payment is made through a credit/debit card, but in exceptional cases, cash payment can be agreed upon in advance. The renter pays the rental amount and a deposit, which depends on the type of vehicle. The deposit covers potential damages caused by the renter. After returning the vehicle undamaged, the deposit is fully refunded to the renter. When paying by credit card, the deposit is blocked on the renter’s account.
Operating hours of the rental service are around the clock throughout the year. During weekdays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and weekends from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or as per individual agreement. AIRPORT SERVICES include in the rental price collision and legal insurance for vehicles within the EU, seasonal tires, and highway stickers for Slovakia. No hidden fees are charged beyond the prices listed in our price list.
HOW DOES VEHICLE PICK-UP WORK AFTER ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT?
The vehicle will be waiting for you directly at the airport, as per prior agreement. A representative from AIRPORT SERVICES will wait for you at the airport even if your flight is delayed.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS?
Yes, it is possible to pick up the vehicle outside of standard operating hours for a fee of 15 EUR including VAT.
WHAT IS THE RENTAL PRICE AND THE KILOMETER LIMIT?
Current prices can be found in the Price List section. The daily rental rate is set for 24 hours with a kilometer limit of 300 km/day for short-term rentals and 5000 km/month for long-term rentals.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE RENTAL?
In the case of cash payment (only by prior agreement), the renter pays the rental fee and a deposit, which is returned in full after the vehicle is returned undamaged. When paying by credit card, the deposit is blocked on the renter’s account.
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED WHEN RENTING A VEHICLE?
Yes, a deposit is required as security against damages caused by the renter. It is fully refunded after the vehicle is returned undamaged.
IS THE RENTED VEHICLE INSURED?
Yes, all our vehicles are fully insured within the entire European Union with the option to reduce the deductible to zero through the purchase of additional insurance.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE OF A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT?
In the event of an accident, call the traffic police and then contact our company. If alcohol or drugs are involved, the insurance company will deny coverage, and the renter is responsible for all damages to the rented vehicle.
CAN THE VEHICLE BE TAKEN ABROAD?
Yes, but it is necessary to inform us if you plan to leave the territory of Slovakia. Traveling is allowed only with written consent throughout the EU, excluding certain specified countries.
DASHBOARD INDICATORS, HOW TO IDENTIFY THEM?
Indicators are divided into three categories: green (informational), orange (warning), and red (critical). In the case of a red indicator, it is necessary to stop immediately, turn off the engine, and contact our 24/7 customer service to prevent further damage.
